Andrew C. Katsoulos is an associate attorney at The Law Offices of Liston & Tsantilis, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of ad valorem property tax appeals, property tax incentives, condemnation, land use/zoning, and commercial real estate transactions.
In 2008, Andrew obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While attending law school, Andrew was on the Dean's List multiple semesters and received a certificate in Tax Law. Andrew received his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from DePaul University in 2002. He was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois.
Andrew is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
