Zachary A. Kafitz is an associate attorney at the law firm of Liston & Tsantilis, P.C. Zachary joined Liston & Tsantilis, P.C. after being admitted to practice in 2006 and receiving his Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May 2006. While attending Chicago-Kent, Zachary was on the Dean's List multiple semesters and was a member of the Business Law Society and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He is currently a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. Prior to attending law school, Zachary graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he received his bachelor's degree in Psychology and History. He was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Zachary concentrates his practice in the areas of eminent domain, land use/zoning, ad valorem property tax appeals, property tax law, property tax incentives, and commercial real estate transactions.
