Conor received his J.D. and his Masters in Public Policy from Loyola University Chicago in 2015. Conor was the Editor in Chief of the Public Interest Law Reporter, member of both a moot court and a client counseling team, studied advanced trial techniques, tutored first year property students and received multiple academic and leadership awards from Loyola University Chicago. During his studies, Conor interned for the City of Chicago Law Department, Lt. Gov. Sheila Simon, Attorney General Lisa Madigan and real estate private practice. As a practicing attorney, Conor has worked in private practice and volunteers with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and the Little City Foundation.

Prior to attending Law and Graduate school, Conor received his B.S. in Natural Resource and Environmental Sciences from the University of Illinois – Urbana/Champaign in 2009. Conor was a five-year member of the Marching Illini Sousaphone Section playing in multiple sporting events, including the 2008 Rose Bowl, multiple Big-10 tournaments, and the Dublin, Ireland St. Patrick’s Day parade.
